Sorry to post this whole big phrase but with all the abbreviations I really wasn't feeling all that confident about my translation of this sentence. As you can see there are a number of acronyms I didn't know what to do with (if anything!) Here it is in its entirety:
"Ermittlungsverfahren der StA Darmstadt, Az. 2 Js XXXXXXX, wegen des Verdachts der Geldwäsche gemäss § 261 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 StGB i.V.m dem Verstoss gegen das BtmG gegen Herr XXXXX, w.P.b., und andere"
And here is what I have so far:
"Preliminary proceedings of the Darmstadt district attorney’s office, Az.: 2 Js XXXXXX, for suspicion of money laundering in accordance with § 261 para. 1 no. 2 StGB in conjunction with violation of the narcotics act against Mr. XXXXXX, w.P.b., and others"
