adheres well to company culture

As I understand it in this context, the description requires that the applicant be someone who ensures company culture is followed.

'Actively involved in building and maintaining company culture' would be better perhaps
Peer comment(s):

neutral writeaway : it's not a judgemental evaluation of the person-it's part the job description

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thanks Michael! I felt your second option best fitted the text."

an advocate of company culture

another example of a poor, poor source text. my best guess is that the person they're looking for has to be able to fit into and defend the company culture/habits/way of working.

agree Anne Wieser : advocate seems better than adhere as they do it of their own accord... rather than being 'forced' to.

neutral writeaway : advocate means he's in favour of it. ie selling the concept to others./I do answer at times. bewaker=voorstander?

advocate = voorstander. anyway, why don't you propose something. all i ever see you do is post neutral peer comments.
