The fact that they have 2 channels doesn't automatically make them 'double-ended' — but I wonder if here they are being used in some kind of push-pull configuration, where the loudspeakers are connected not from one amplifier output to ground, but rather, between the two amplifier outputs, which are then driven in anti-phase so as to produce double the output voltage swing, and hence 4× the output power.
We really need this extra context about the way the amplifiers are being configured so as to be sure of getting the right translation.
It might also help us if you could tell us what the 'DOM' stands for here?
Could also just be inaccurate use of EN, hence why more context is really vital to pin it down. I'm more than ever inclined to this view with the use of 'toroidal-core transmitters', which would normally be 'transformers' — unless they're using the term with a very special signification; is this AE or BE, do you know? And do you perhaps have any diagrams that might help?
