Я бы не стала говорить "из которых" - потому что в оригинале этого нет, по крайней мере из контекста это не очевидно- если у вас другая информация, то ок. Кроме того, зачем "купля-продажа"? У вас ведь не о недвижимости речь, имхо, к сфере туризма этот термин не применим.
