Einem Anwalt wird die Befugnis erteilt, genau dies für einen Vollmachtgeber zu tun. Ich bin mir unsicher, wie "accounts" in Kombination mit den einzelnen Verben zu verstehen und zu übersetzen ist. Ich verstehe es so, dass bei "receive" und "settle" Rechnungen gemeint sind, die in Empfang genommen und beglichen werden dürfen, tue mich dann aber mit "adjust accounts" schwer.
