It is a medical term. Since it not appeared in which special dictionaries of mine, please let me know the meaning of what this word.

I think there is no such a word as subendothenthial. I think it is a typographical mistake. It must be "subendothelial." If that is the case, the Japanese is "naihikano" as above-mentioned. I am not 100% sure, but please check my point of view referring to the context of the entire sentense.
