Imho, в данном случае закрытие сделки состоится в XXX в 9:00 CET, но предусмотренные параметры закрытия сделки (например, биржевые курсы обмениваемых акций) будут взяты по состоянию на конец последнего Рабочего дня (далее по тексту).
