mecanismo de accionamiento de los sistemas de dirección asistida EVO/TFE Explanation: "There are many types of Variable Effort Steering (VES) systems used in today's vehicles. The four most common on GM vehicles are: Electronic Variable Orifice (EVO) (figure 8): EVO changes steering assist by using an actuator at the power steering pump discharge fitting to regulate fluid flow. During parking maneuvers, the actuator provides high pump flow for easier steering effort. On the highway, the actuator reduces flow proportional to vehicle speed, improving road feel and stability. (Two Flow Electronic (TFE): TFE is a scaled down version of the EVO system. Both systems use the similar components and operate the same. (However, TFE's ability to vary steering effort is limited to two positions; full assist and partial assist.)" Espero que te sea de ayuda |
