La dirección adjunta presenta la siguiente definición de "power cycle":
To power off a machine and then power it on immediately, with the intention of clearing some kind of hung or gronked state.
En este contexto la traducción sería "Si el sistema se reinicia antes de la inserción del cartucho ..."
Sin embargo desde un punto de vista técnico lo razonable sería desenergizar la máquina, luego insertar el cartucho y luego volver a energizar la máquina. Desde esta perspectiva (y alejándonos del texto original) se podría decir: "Si se desenergiza el sistema antes de la inserción del cartucho (y se lo re-energiza a continuación..."
