Sometimes "upon" is used, but in any event, "in no way binding" is the usual formulation - google it, and see :-)

: Shall (or will) ought to be used only to express some future event. The situation as regards whether the info is binding or not applies in the present. Legally, your version is dodgy, and is not what the French says.
