Romain gives "collective representation", "joint agency", and "overall representation" for Gesamtvertretung. Seems to me that you might have to paraphrase this a bit; he is one of the members of the group (of executives) authorized to represent the company / authorized to act on behalf of the company "to represent ... jointly" sounds strange to my ear (untrained in legal matters), so this might be an alternative.
