This question has come up before on KudoZ, so there are plenty of answers to look at. The only thing is that the benefits of order, division and excussio are Roman law terms that are meaningless in Rng. Orden> giving the creditor priority to claim; division > dividing up the debt and letting the creditor claim a several part; excussio > the guarantor can require the creditor to sue the debtor first. If these benefits are excluded, then the above phrases are usable. |
