with all due respect, "caumatology" is obviously a mistranslation in the previous reference. I'm fairly sure it is not used in English. Try a web search for the word in english and all you come up with is instances of direct translations from spanish (which are incorrect). Caumatologia refers to the above.

Thank you for helping me out. I did do a search for the word caumatology before I asked for help and got nothing on any English pages. I think you are correct. It is not a word used in the English language, so I'll go with your suggestion since you are a health professional with many years of experience. Thank you. I appreciate your help.
