History and physical examination — The history and physical examination can often provide important clues to the patient who might be malnourished. These include:
• Symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, anorexia, or weight loss or gain. Large interdialytic weight gain is discouraged because it is thought to reflect excessive fluid and sodium intake. In some cases, however, over time, increased body weight gain may represent improved nutritional status. A careful assessment should be performed to distinguish between these possibilities.
• The presence of the nutrition affecting problems, such as alcoholism, diabetes mellitus, and gastrointestinal disease.
• Psychosocial issues such as access and affordability of food, ability to prepare meals, and the role of family members in food preparation. Signs or symptoms of depression should also be identified, since clinical depression often results in a disinterest and decrease in caloric intake.

Source text - English Methodological Approach
The Training Needs Analysis is a methodology that can be used to determine the training
objectives for a job (Brannick et al., 2007).
Using Analysis to develop a training program, organizations can find out what "needs are better
assessed, courses are more job-related, and more of the appropriate population is reached"
(Levine et al., 1988, p. 17).
Jones et al. (2001) suggested that the Analysis should say what are the knowledge and skills
necessary for someone who performs a particular job. As discussed above, determine the
knowledge and skills that can be easily taught and that are very specific to a particular job that
should be included in training, while more stable individual characteristics, such as mechanical
and cognitive skills that should be the basis for the candidate selection.
Tools
In order to carry out the Training Need analysis, and obtained the desired IO3 results, the partnership chosen to use the Hybrid Analysis Method. This method uses elements of Work Oriented Analysis Method and Worker Oriented Analysis Method.
