My name is Daniel Nevitt and I am 27 years old. I was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan and attended an international school until I graduated in 1992. I then continued my studies at the University of Puget Sound and graduated Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science. My mother is Japanese, and my father is American. I am fluent in both oral and written English and Japanese.

I have just started formal translations. I am currently writing English subtitles on Japanese film. I have been published as a writer in Japanese. This was over a period of two years from 1994-1996. I am now writing a documentary film, and translating has been a new challenge of mine.
