The solution to replace GLASS portal
Dear Supplier,
To further strengthen our cooperation, AB-InBev will launch GURU; a new communication platform for all your invoicing and payment related queries.
As of DATE/TIME, GURU will replace GLASS as our main communication channel to handle your requests!
With GURU, you will be able to search for information using a simple search bar. GURU will guide you to knowledge articles which provide you with information regarding your query.
Within the knowledge articles you are able to create a ticket which will then be routed to the respective specialists for further assistance, if required.
As of DATE/TIME GURU will be equipped with a chatbot function that will provide you with instant answers to your invoice queries such as:
• The payment date of your invoice
• The status of a recently paid invoice
• Statements
• Remittance advices
By DATE/TIME you will receive your new log in credentials. For now you can find a user guide here.

Para fortalecer aún más nuestra cooperación, AB-InBev lanzará GURU: Una nueva plataforma de comunicación para todas sus consultas relacionadas con facturación y pagos.
A partir de la fecha actual, GURU reemplazará a GLASS como nuestro canal de comunicación principal para manejar sus solicitudes.
Con GURU, podrá buscar información utilizando una barra de búsqueda simple. GURU lo guiará a los artículos que le brindarán información sobre su consulta.
De requerirlo, dentro de los artículos podrá crear una entrada o etiqueta que lo enviará con los respectivos especialistas para obtener más ayuda.
A partir de la fecha actuañ, GURU estará equipado con una función de chatbot que le proporcionará respuestas instantáneas a sus consultas de facturas, tales como:
• La fecha de pago de su factura.
• El estado de una factura pagada recientemente.
• Declaraciones.
• Avisos de remesas.
