I was born and raised in Istra, a bilingual region in Croatia so I'm a native
speaker of both Croatian and Italian with a master's degree in Italian
language and literature and History. One of the focuses of the educational program I completed was translation and localization of various texts, including both literary and scientific works.

As far as English is concerned I started learning the language through the Croatian schooling system from a young age and have ever since developed and interest in English literature and cinema. I also use the language daily in online conversations so I would consider myself to be a fluent speaker. I also own a YouTube channel where I upload media analysis videos written and voiced in English.

My main fields of interest are literature, media and humanistic studies, but I also have experience in translating texts from other fields such as medicine and legislature and I'm open to gaining experience in new fields as well.
