Jorge Andrade is a marketing professional with international experience in consulting, advertising, creativity, commercial writing and publishing. He studied a B.A. degree majoring in Marketing and has attended several courses in commercial writing and publishing, as well as strategic planning, consumer behavior, advertising, creativity and e-marketing. He assisted the faculty in the development of several academic programs nationwide and was the President of the Students Association of National Marketing Events, where he coordinated the organization of symposiums, conferences and seminars. In 1998 he completed a 2-year accredited program of English as a Second Language obtaining an official diploma from the Mexican Department of Education (SEP)
In 1998, he started writing specialized articles and academic essays for local publications including specialized newspapers, magazines and web portals. He started working for advertising agencies as Account Executive in 1998 and as Account Director later in 1999, where he was on charge of the staff management and strategic planning for 8 key accounts. In 2000 he founded BDG Marketing & Communication, a staff of professionals developing marketing projects and consulting services.
During the last 4 years, Jorge Andrade and The BDG Group (BDG Marketing & Communication and BDG Translations) have created, translated and adapted marketing materials, advertising campaigns, radio and TV commercials, websites and business plans for companies in Mexico and the United States, including CompuPrice, MSP, Verano Interior Gardens, Inc., Arbol Media, Inc. (Ritmo Latino, Cingular Wireless, BusqueloAqui), Latino Technology Foundation and Vashon Partners.
