Source text - English Distributor is fully aware and acknowledges that it, by agreeing to and signing this Policy, that it is releasing and waiving XX from any and all liabilities that the Distributor, or its customers, may have, or may be able to assert, against XX for any repair and warranty related issues that is related to any of the Equipment provided by XX to Distributor.
Modification of any article hereof shall be modification of This Agreement. The party proposing such modification shall notify in writing the other party two months in advance, explaining the reason therefor. This Agreement and its appendixes may be modified only after Party A and Party B shall have held consultations and executed a supplemental agreement on the condition.
Distributor also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless XX, including but not limited to, its affiliates, parent company, subsidiaries, officers, executives, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, or contracts from any repair and warranty related issues that is related to any of the Equipment or products provided by XX to Distributor
Translation - Serbian Distributer je potpuno svestan i priznaje da, pristajući i potpisujući ovu polisu, oslobađa i odriče se XX od bilo kakve i svih odgovornosti koju distributer ili njegovi kupci mogu da imaju ili mogu da potvrde protiv XX za bilo kakva pitanja vezana za popravku i garanciju koja se odnose na bilo koju opremu koju je XX obezbedio distributeru.
Izmena bilo kog člana ovog ugovora biće izmena ugovora. Strana koja predlaže takvu izmenu obavestiće pismeno drugu stranu dva meseca unapred, objašnjavajući razlog za to. Soy Licenciada en Filología alemana por la Universidad de Salamanca y Viena y tengo más de veinte años de experiencia trabajando como freelance traductora para varias agencias de traducción a nivel internacional.
