Source text - Dutch De XXX is een combinatie van een vijverfilter, UV-C apparaat, pomp, sproeier en ijsvrijhouder met als optie een onderwaterlamp. Door het gebruik van substraat wordt een biologisch evenwicht gewaarborgd. Deze unieke samenstelling zorgt voor een heldere vijver met gezonde vissen.
De XXX moet altijd in het water opgesteld worden. Tijdens het starten van de pomp wordt automatisch de UV-C lamp ingeschakeld.
Het vijverwater wordt via het substraat aangezogen, zodat het grof vuil uitgefilterd wordt. Filtersubstraat is zeer poreus en heeft daardoor een groot bacteriehechtend oppervlak voor een optimale biologische werking. Daarna stroomt het vijverwater door de UV-C behuizing, waar het met UV-straling in contact komt. Deze straling zorgt ervoor dat bacteriën en ziektekiemen geen kans krijgen zich te ontwikkelen. Ook zweefalg wordt door deze straling vernietigd, waardoor de helderheid van uw vijverwater gegarandeerd is. Het water stroomt vervolgens door de slang naar de pomp, waar het door de sproeibuis als fontein of waterbel de XXXX verlaat. Om een optimaal resultaat te behalen, wordt het apparaat normaliter 24 uur per dag ingezet. Om in de winter het effect van een ijsvrijhouder te creëren, dient de sproeikop verwijderd te worden.

El XXX debe siempre colocarse dentro del agua. La lámpara de UV-C se conecta automáticamente al arrancar la bomba.
El agua del estanque es absorbida a través del sustrato, para filtrar la suciedad de mayor tamaño. El subtrato filtrante es muy poroso, con lo cual presenta una gran superficie en la que quedan adheridas las bacterias, consiguiendo así un funcionamiento biológico óptimo. El agua pasa luego por la carcasa de UV-C, donde entra en contacto con la radiación UV. Esta radiación impide el desarrollo de bacterias y gérmenes patógenos y destruye también las algas en suspensión, con lo que se garantiza la limpidez de las aguas de su estanque. Después, el agua pasa por la manguera hasta la bomba, donde se expulsa en forma de surtidor o campana. Para conseguir un resultado óptimo, lo mejor es tener el aparato conectado las 24 horas del día. Para conseguir el mismo efecto que un dispositivo anticongelación en invierno, basta con retirar el cabezal del surtidor.

Source text - English RISKS OF THE PROCEDURE
All surgical procedures have a small risk of complication inherent to the surgery itself and to anesthesia. These risks include:
· Infection, as manifested by heat, swelling, tenderness, redness, and feverusually appears in the immediate postoperative period but can occur on rare occasions any time after insertion of the device. In the absence of classic symptoms, subacute or chronic infections may be difficult to diagnose. If infection does not subside promptly with the appropriate treatment, removal of the device is indicated. Infections may result in Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). Symptoms of TSS include, but are not limited to, sudden fever, vomiting, diarrhea, fainting, dizziness and/or a sunburn like rash.
· Gross postoperative hematoma, manifested by enlargement, tenderness and discoloration of tissue may, if untreated, lead to extrusion of the device.
· Excessive postoperative fluid accumulation and transient reaccumulation of fluid around the implant may occur.
· There are risks from the anesthetics as well.

Todas las intervenciones quirúrgicas se asocian con un pequeño riesgo inherente a la cirugía y a la anestesia. Entre ellos destaca:
La infección, que cursa con calor, tumefacción, enrojecimiento, dolor y fiebre, generalmente aparece en el postoperatorio inmediato pero, en raras ocasiones, puede darse en cualquier momento posterior a la implantación. Si no se producen estos síntomas típicos, puede resultar difícil diagnosticar las infecciones subagudas o crónicas. Si la infección no desaparece pronto con el tratamiento adecuado, estaría indicada la retirada del dispositivo. Las infecciones pueden determinar un síndrome del shock tóxico (SST). Los síntomas del SST incluyen, entre otras cosas, fiebre súbita, vómitos, diarrea, desvanecimientos, mareo y/o un exantema parecido a quemaduras solares.
El hematoma posquirúrgico, que cursa con aumento de tamaño, dolor y decoloración del tejido, y que si no se trata, puede determinar la extrusión del dispositivo.
La acumulación de una excesiva cantidad de líquido en el postoperatorio, con posterior reacumulación alrededor del implante.
También existen riesgos derivados de la anestesia.
