I have 30 years of working experience. I have worked with software development, education, project management and research & development.
My last 12 years before I took up translating full-time, I spent at Amersham Biosciences in Sweden where I worked with protein analysis, mass spectrometry, software of various kinds, technical documentation, education, product development, project management and more.
I have been working full-time as a translator on a free-lance basis since Oct '03, and I have mostly done medical and technical texts. During my whole working life I always been writing - user instructions, manuals, requirements specifications, verification plans, training material, all kinds if documentation, leaflets, marketing material, etc., both in English and in Swedish. I also worked as a translator during a couple of years in the early nineties.
