--17 years in international development, concentrated on projects and issues in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Africa.
--12 years as the founder and president of a small business dedicated to serving the information requirements of telecom strategists in Latin American and Caribbean markets. This work involved translating general, legal, technical and commercial documents from Spanish, Portuguese and French to English and preparing print and electronic reports and databases for publication.
