After four years working full-time as a freelance translator I am very pleased with what I have achieved - a steady flow of regular work, as well as speed and confidence in my skills. I am, however, always trying to expand my knowledge and hone my abilities.

I am most comfortable translating French to English as I grew up in France and feel I have a pretty strong grounding in the language. In this language combination I usually translate internal communications or marketing documents encompassing most fields from HR to user-testing to advertising. Press articles, press releases and PR documents crop up often in my work.

My Chinese background is of a more literary nature, yet I do also translate in a variety of subject areas - past projects include advertising features, HR presentations, public health studies and technical instructions.
