Giving Bribes Article 344
(1) Whoever confers or promises to confer a gift or other benefit on an official person,
so that such person perform within the scope of his or her official authority an official or
other act which he or she should not have performed or fail to perform an official or
other act which he or she should have performed or whoever serves as an intermediary
in bribing an official person shall be punished by imprisonment of three months to three
years.
(2) Whoever confers or promises to confer a gift or other benefit on an official person

other act which he or she should perform or fail to perform an official or other act which
he or she may not perform or whoever serves as intermediary in bribing an official
person shall be punished by a fine or by imprisonment of up to one year.

DHËNIE RRYSHFETI, NENI 344
(1) Kushdo që i jep ose premton se do t’i japë dhurata a fitime të tjera një punonjësi zyrtar, në mënyrë të tillë që ky i fundit, në kuadër të vepramtirisë së tij zyrtare, të kryejë një veprim zyrtar apo veprim tjetër, të cilin nuk duhet ta kishte kryer, ose nuk kryen një veprim zyrtar apo një veprim tjetër të cilin ai duhet ta kishte kryer, ose kushdo që vepron si ndërmjetës për dhënie rryshfeti ndaj një nëpunësi zyrtar, dënohet nga tre muaj deri në tre vjet heqje lirie.

Businesses with limited liability
A company is more formally known as a corporation, as governed by Chapter 5 of the Law on Business Organizations. The owners of a corporation are called shareholders because they own (or "hold") a share of the company. However, once the corporation is properly formed and registered, it is a separate legal entity that is financially liable.
The owners may be officers or members of the board of the corporation and, thus, manage the corporation.
Shareholders, officers, or members of the board of directors are criminally liable for unlawful acts that they commit on behalf of the company. A company may have two forms, the only real difference resulting from how the shares of the company are distributed. As mentioned above, a corporation is owned by shareholders. A share, or stock, is a certificate of the company that demonstrates ownership of a percentage of the corporation. If the corporation's charter permits shares to be sold to anyone, it is a joint-stock company. If the charter only permits the founders of the corporation to be shareholders, it is a limited liability company. See Section 24 of the Law on Business Organizations.

Një shoqëri njihet më shumë me emrin korporatë (Shoqëri Aksionere), siç përcaktohet në kapitullin 5 të Ligjit për Shoqëritë Tregtare. Pronarët e një korporate quhen aksionerë
ose aksionmbajtës sepse ata zoterojnë (mbajnë) një numër të caktuar aksionesh të saj. Që në
momentin kur ajo formohet dhe regjistrohet legalisht, korporata përbën një subjekt
juridik më vete që mban përgjegjësi financiare. Pronarët zakonisht janë të
punësuar ose anëtarë të bordit të korporatës, duke marrë pjesë kështu në drejtimin e saj.
Aksionerët, zyrtarët ose anëtarët e bordit të drejtorëve mbajnë përgjegjësi penale për
çfarëdolloj veprimi të paligjshëm që ata kryejnë në emër të shoqërisë.
Shoqëritë ndërtohen në dy forma. I vetmi dallim themelor ndërmjet këtyre dy formave qëndron në
mënyrën se si shpërndahen aksionet e shoqërisë. Siç u tha më sipër, korporata është pronë e aksionerëve. Një aksion përbën një letër me vlerë të emetuar nga shoqëria, që përbën titull pronësie sepse tregon përqindjen e kapitalit të korporatës që gëzon aksionmbajtësi.
