Keep Patricia. It sounds more exotic + translating names in translations is rather fuddy duddy. Ex: Davide Copperfield for David Copperfield is a bit odd! Ciao, A.Lisa

: I would use Patricia (in Italy the equivalent is Patrizia, but names should not be translated)
