hydraulic power unit
The term "centraline" is largerly in use, starting from cars, tephones etc. However for a geological context I beleive that the term "hydraulic power unit" is suitable. On web pages you can find "Centraline for water distribution in Alaska" etc. I hope that it will be useful.

power pack/ control centre
I would suggest these as you have not given the full sentence

Switchboard Unit
It would apply if it is talking about telecommunication tools (managing telephone calls etc.). Otherwise it can have the meaning of power unit etc.
