Yes, several people have tried.

And no, it does not work, at least not in a fully usable way...

Same reasons Yolanda had? Or have you bought (like me) a new PC with Vista ("... d*n, I thought it would be an XP...") that makes you feel all thumbs? Anyhow, my way of running Trados on Unix is to have OSX and a bootcamp / Parallels XP. Russians would surely call it "nyet kulturny" ...
