Transliterate: 'Okheuson tous nomous' (or 'tous thesmous'). 'Ocheuin' (paroxytone and active) is used of the male; hence the aorist imperative (if you mean to imply that the rules should be 'fucked' only this once, but the present imperative ('ocheue'), if you think taht they ought to be 'fucked' habitually.
