Swedish term

varumärkets mjuka egenskaper

Swedish to English Marketing Marketing / Market Research trademark infringement
Does anyone know how 'mjuka' is expressed in English when referring to trademarks in connection with the strength of a trademark? I've tried 'soft', 'flexible', etc. and I'm just not sure how to express it.
Advice appreciated if anyone knows.
