mid-term performance review / appraisal

If what is meant is something akin to a beoordelingsgesprek, then this is probably more appropriate than "corrective interview". Mid-term performance review is a widely used term in HR.

To my mind, "corrective interview" assumes something has gone seriously wrong and needs correcting, whereas a "bijsturingsgesprek" could be used before something goes wrong to keep things on the right track. The examples I've found of this on the Internet would seem to bear me out (i.e. they all refer to situations where performance is unacceptable).

Your context will tell you which answer is most appropriate.

I\'ve just been looking at the Employment Terms of PwC, which were translated by a colleague of mine in consultation with our HR consultants, and they have translated \"bijsturing\" with \"mid-cycle review\".
