Io metterei:

Attenzione a non utilizzzare la funzione messaggio pump loop gtk_main() in questi threads.Credo che tu non abbia tradotto threads, (threads in inglese se non lo hai tradotto, di solito si lascia così).
Tradurre pump loop in italiano non è coretto e il giro di parole usate non renderebbero comunque l'idea.
