Ordnung fourth order segments Explanation: I found that the "order" of bronchial segments in bronchoscopy may be defined in various ways: The reference given below states that "lobar bronchi are the first order bronchi" while others count from the main bronchi, as do the anatomical people. "4th order bronchi" seems (to me) to imply the anatomical way of counting (trachea = 0th, mainstem bronchi =1st generation, etc).
