German term or phrase: Übersicht bis in die Segmente IV. Ordnung gut
Sentence from a bronchoscopy report:
Das Bronchialsystem verzweigt sich beidseits normal, "Übersicht ist bis in die Segment IV. Ordnung gut".
I am not quite sure about "Segmente IV. Ordnung" - 4th order bronchi?
Thanks for your help!

fourth order segments
Explanation:
I found that the "order" of bronchial segments in bronchoscopy may be defined in various ways: The reference given below states that "lobar bronchi are the first order bronchi" while others count from the main bronchi, as do the anatomical people.
"4th order bronchi" seems (to me) to imply the anatomical way of counting (trachea = 0th, mainstem bronchi =1st generation, etc). You might be on the safer side using a literal translation like "fourth order segments" here.
