AV: Kopf der Tanit...n.l.** Punktrand **

I know it means 'dotted edge' more or less, but does anyone have the numismatic term?

Explanation:
The closest I could find is reeded or milled edge, but that would be Riffelrand.

Dotted edge seems to be used.

THE DOTTED EDGE is the most common border design element found on modern elongated coins, although some are also borderless. Previous designs included heavy denticle, rolled and rope-shaped borders.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks, Julija, I considered that, but after looking at the differences between images of coins displaying Punktrand and milled edges, I went for the rather dodgy 'dotted edge'
