Here 's' and 'S' are referring to the salaries of the employees of a construction company in Belgium. I'm not being able to find any references to this organisation on the internet. Could it be translated to something like "Employers' Federation of/for Services for the Industry". Could someone please help me?

It's an official national institution, not exclusively for the industry sector. I believe it has different departements, on of which being industry.

As for the translation, i'm not to sure. I suppose it can be discribed as an employers' social security organisation.
