Sorry,I didn't give much detail in the first posting. It is RESIDENTIAL LEASE. Following is the first part of the lease with the given sentence:
"LEASE AGREEMENT, entered into between __________________________ (Landlord) and __________________________ (Tenant).
For good consideration it is agreed between the parties as follows:"
Then the terms and conditions of the contract like the location and the term ...etc are included.
