I am unable to translate the term "Comac" in the following term:

L’effroi des belles dames faisait partie du jeu, idem les remarques des lascars : « A c’te heure, moi, si j’avais une chouette lamedé comac, j’s’rais au page avec ! » Comment résister au charme d’une telle bagoulette ?
