does it mean ease of use (user-friendly)? The word comfort is thrown around all over the place in this doc. and is definitely not adding to my enjoyment.

'Een gebruikscomfort op het niveau van temperatuur' sounds like gobbledy-gook for 'comfortable temperature'. Presumably the party being sued has a duty to provide a comfortable ambient temperature at a give place (in the workplace for example).

I did a technical translation on a sensor for floor heating the other day.
There I bumped into "comfort temperature".
So you senentence would be something like:
"...agreement to reach a level of comfort temperature"
(Does not sound right, does it?)
Could that be of any help?
But going to court to reach an greement on temperature sounds a bit odd.
