Din cate imi dau seama e diferit de concediul de studii, pentru ca se poate si munci partial sau formarea poate fi la locul de munca, dar cat invata, angajatul nu este la fel de productiv.
Practic sensul este "costurile cu timpul liber (neproductiv) acordat anagajatului pentru formare" sau "costurile cu scoaterea din program" dar mi-ar trebui ceva mai scurt, daca se poate. Multumesc.
