Japanese to English Tech/Engineering Telecom(munications)
I am not sure whetehr it is the caller ID or outgoing call ID. Or can it be phrased in a better way.

caller ID

I agree to "caller ID" because "発ID" seems to mean "発信者番号(ID)".

sending (or source) ID

If we are talking about VOIP, "calling" and "called" are good. Otherwise, "source" or "sending" and "destination" or "receiving" are probably better.

outgoing ID

Does it happen to be replaceable with "outgoing ID"?
