agree  Richard Boulter: I think since the source included a phrase that comes out well in the conditional tense, it could be included. Another way to say this could be, "...any outstanding liabilities...". My two bits worth. Regards on a nice Sunday!

My suggestion.

"Ligaciones" (links, fommitments) does not have to be translated in English beause it would result in a redundancy. Liabilities, it goes without saying, are always obligatory commitments and must be settled upon a company's liquidation.

There are but a few Google hits for "liability commitment."
