satisfying/settling the liabilities Explanation: My suggestion. "Ligaciones" (links, fommitments) does not have to be translated in English beause it would result in a redundancy. Liabilities, it goes without saying, are always obligatory commitments and must be settled upon a company's liquidation. There are but a few Google hits for "liability commitment." Hope this helps. |
