"Lorsque deux contreparties souhaitent établir un contrat de collatéralisation, elles doivent alors signer un contrat annexe à la convention-cadre appelé Annexe de Remise en Garantie (ARG) en France ou un Credit Support Annex (CSA) pour les contrats de droit étranger. Les propositions de l’ISDA font référence en matière juridique notamment en ce qui concerne les conséquences lors du défaut de l’une des contreparties. Les intervenants fixent notamment eux-mêmes les formules d’assurance à leur disposition ainsi que le traitement de l’opération en cas de défaut d’une des contreparties contractantes. Ces contrats définissent avec précision toutes les modalités liées à l’activité de collatéralisation que devront suivre les deux parties. De même, le modèle reconnu par la communauté internationale est le CSA rédigé par l’ISDA."

Definition: A Credit Support Annex, or CSA, is a legal document which regulates credit support (collateral) for derivative transactions. It is one of the four parts that make up an ISDA contract but is not mandatory. It is possible to have an ISDA agreement without a CSA but normally not a CSA without an ISDA.

Since I don't specialize in financial translation, I am not sure this is correct -- but the fact that googling finds more than 74000 entries implies this is correct. (Not that Google hasn't been wrong!) Any financial specialists out there?
