Computer Muppet
In Colloquial English (more in the UK than in the US, I think), to express the idea of someone who is hopeless at something in particular, you can say, for example, “computer muppet”.
This means that someone, who may or may not be brilliant at biology or anything else, is hopeless with computers. A "science muppet" may or may not be brilliant at writing poems but is hopeless at science.
Ideally I'm looking for a kind of suffix expressing hopelessness, or an ezafe expression along the lines of خوره‌ی/عشق/دیوانه‌ی موتور, although, of course, I realize that the meaning of these is completely different. But you may have something with the same grammatical pattern.

We can also use this word in the way that you wish, like the following sentence:
ما با چهار تا آدم شوت تو کامپیوتر طرف شدیم!
"آدم شوت" or "شوت" is also used alone, and it means someone who is miles away, or someone who is slightly silly. I can say that it is a euphemism for "stupid person"! For example:
احمد هم عجب آدم شوتیه!
We also can express this idea in the following way:
از کامپیوتر هیچی سر در نمیاره
"سر در آوردن": to make head or tail of something
However, it's better to be translated as "He doesn't know beans about computer"
