Explanation:
Se trata de una herida profunda a la que hay que irrigar, rellenar con gasas y luego recoger el material que drena de la misma en una bolsa para dicho fin.
En México se usa el verbo "empacar", pero en Sudamérica dícen "rellenar". Tú tienes la palabra.

Asker: Hi Liz, it might have something to do. But then, my problem is: Do you speak about embolsamiento and empaquetamiento / empaquetado de heridas? I don't find many references to support that.
