Hi. I'm wondering if someone knows exactly what this expression means. I can't fathom it and I'm not sure if the text I'm translating is written in ES Spanish or other as it is about a Spanish company with offices all over Latin America.

The whole sentence is

Se crea **un vertical bancario** junto con el banco XXXXXXX.

It is in a business presentation and specifically in the part about the company's evolution.
