Spanish term or phrase: Mantiene convenios judiciales y extrajudiciales homologados a vencer
I am translating the classification or rating for debtors that the Argentine Central Bank assigns:

Situación 2: Con riesgo potencial.
El cliente (...) Mantiene convenios judiciales y extrajudiciales homologados a vencer, de los cuales ha cancelado por lo menos el 35%".

This phrase also appears in Situation 3, but it ends: de los cuales no ha cancelado el 35%.

Thanks for your assistance!

The client has corresponding legally binding and non-binding agreements currently in force
Explanation:
My suggestion.

My understanding of "homologados" here is that it means that the "convenios judiciales" and "extrajudiciales" pertain to the same matter. My understanding of "a vencer" is that it means the agreements in question refer to obligations currently pending.

Suerte.
