W zasadzie jest to dodatek na współmałżonka lub partnera (z tytułu posiadania współmałżonka lub partnera, który spełnia warunki przyznania takiego dodatku) - jednak "na" brzmi nieco potocznie, dlatego dałem "dla" w głównej propozycji.
