peer agreement (net): +1progresión Explanation: Es cuando sigues incrementando tu velocidad cuando haces un esprint. Normalmente haces series: corres, descansas, corres, descansas. Estas series se llaman intervalos mientras "build-up running" es un cierto tipo de intervalo. Cuando estuve en un equipo de atletismo hacía este tipo de entrenamiento de vez en cuando. Lo llamábamos "builders". |
