English to Dutch Tech/Engineering Manufacturing 20-gauge

The above is the first part of the sentence, the rest of the sentence is irrelevant to the term '20-gauge'.

I would like to know how to translate the entire term '20-gauge' into Dutch.

More than translation Given the different engineering practices in the US and in Europe (US gauge vs. mm dimension specification), it is an engineering job here to convert from one system to another and to do it right.
