German to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
This is a brewery with adjacent restaurant. There are also other restaurants in different places selling the same beer.
There are obvious main house
headquarters
main building
main site
original buiding etc.
but none really capture the context.

I know what you mean. You want to say the company was established in this little cottage like building with 1 old guy and his beer distillery and people liked it so much that his whole family consists of millionaires now.

If the reference is to the corporate structure - branches and a main operation - this is the usual translation. However, if it's just a question of a brewery and some pubs why not just say "the brewery". Incidently, as an Austrian based piss-artist I was fascinated by the link. Pity it doesn't work. In times like these one needs a lot of refreshment.
