It is probably Alam Ju The text in the PDF file isn't very clear. It is probably Alam Ju (world-seeker). The book is actually in Urdu, but many terms used therein are from Arabic, and particularly from Persian--the mother and ocean of Sufism.

Well, that's another thing. I'm not even sure our friend here is writing Persian. I think it's more Pashto or something like that... The ہ in ثابتہ اعیان جویہ and اویسیہ are not in the Persian alphabet...

If he meant world seeker, for sure he type it in this way: Alam Ju. without the letter of "e' at the end of the Alam

Unless the asker has made a mistake, Alam-e ju can be read in two ways...

Alam-e Joe [World of Joe or Joe's world]
Alam ju [World seeker]
